The Supervision Experience Week

Are you ready, as a professional coach, to strengthen your practice, deepen your thinking, and understand why supervision is essential?

We believe Supervision is essential no longer optional for professional coaches.

Join us for a powerful week of learning, reflection and connection during International Coaching Week, designed to help you strengthen your coaching practice and explore the role supervision plays in ethical, effective and sustainable coaching.

Why This Week Matter

Coaching as a profession is evolving. Clients, organisations and accrediting bodies are placing increasing importance on supervision that supports: ethical practice, reflective learning and ongoing professional development. Supervision sits at the heart of this. Yet many coaches are still navigating:

  • Who supports you as the coach?

  • How do you maintain ethical and professional standards?

  • How do you continue to grow without working in isolation?

  • How do you sustain your practice over time?

This week is designed to explore those questions — clearly, honestly and practically.

What You'll Experience

Across five sessions, you will:

  • Explore the role of supervision in professional coaching practice

  • Strengthen your coaching presence and reflective practice

  • Experience a live supervision demonstration

  • Join a 90-minute masterclass on why supervision is non-negotiable

  • Connect with a community of like-minded, growth-focused coaches

What Other Coaches Say

Real reflections from coaches who have experienced the depth, connection and growth.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this week. Not only has it helped me as a coach but I have grown so much as a person. I have shared, reflected, networked and most importantly, respected Rebecca and Sarah so much for allowing me to have a safe space. I could not have thought of any other way to spend my 10am mornings. Even on a Friday I was excited and that is a testament to the amazing Rebecca and Sarah. Please come to anything they do or offer. Nothing is too much and you will always see smiles in a supportive space :)

Today, as part of International Coaching week I attended 1 of 5 CPD days with The Coaching Catalysts. I really enjoyed the hour input and not for the usual reasons! Sarah Bramall ACC and Rebecca Daniel FCCT, ICF ACC Coach restore my faith in the Coaching industry. They are clearly driven by great values. I get so fed up with, what I call Del Boy Coaching. (This time next year you'll be a millionaire). Sarah and Rebecca make no such promises. When I asked how much Supervision was, they answered me with a straight figure. none of this "Why don't I call you.... They also gave a really good explanation of what Supervision is. something I will definitely take up in the near future. If you get a chance try to attend one of the events. there's a different topic each day. Today was just an introduction!!

Amazing reflections which I completely agree with! The sessions this week have all been excellent. I've only been able to attend one live session so far but I've caught up on the other ones in my spare time. I'll be attending live tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you so much for all you do!

What The Coaching Catalysts (Sarah and Rebecca) offer is unique and in an unregulated industry like coaching is something that is very much needed. They strike the balance right by offering free tasters of their learning and supervision with the option to upgrade to one of their other services or pay as you go. This makes their offering inclusive to those who may not be able to afford full services or are just starting out on their coaching journey. I recently attended their free supervision experience week and it gave me the chance to learn, enhance my coaching practice and build my network further. As former teachers they are able to create a programme that is varied, interactive and enjoyable. More so, they are both down to earth and not afraid to share the realities of being a self-employed coach. I can't wait to see what's coming next from The Coaching Catalysts!

Sarah and Rebecca have been one of the top webinars through this week. I've attended many. Your energy and quality of webinar has been great. Thank you so much!

You sent This week has been really great for me. The energy and drive from Rebecca and Sarah have been great. I have learnt a lot about what coaching supervision really is and its importance for the coaching journey.
