I have thoroughly enjoyed this week. Not only has it helped me as a coach but I have grown so much as a person. Today, as part of International Coaching week I attended 1 of 5 CPD days with The Coaching Catalysts. I really enjoyed the hour input and not for the usual reasons! Sarah Bramall ACC and Rebecca Daniel FCCT, ICF ACC Coach restore my faith in the Coaching industry. They are clearly driven by great values. I get so fed up with, what I call Del Boy Coaching. (This time next year you'll be a millionaire). Sarah and Rebecca make no such promises. When I asked how much Supervision was, they answered me with a straight figure. none of this "Why don't I call you.... They also gave a really good explanation of what Supervision is. something I will definitely take up in the near future. If you get a chance try to attend one of the events. there's a different topic each day. Today was just an introduction!!

I've only been able to attend one live session so far but I've caught up on the other ones in my spare time. I'll be attending live tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. The whole experience was great, a lot of insights and clearer information about what is supervision in the coaching process. The fear of being alone after the certification is over, because supervision gives support & space for coaches to network and opportunity to belong to a professional community. What The Coaching Catalysts (Sarah and Rebecca) offer is unique and in an unregulated industry like coaching is something that is very much needed. They strike the balance right by offering free tasters of their learning and supervision with the option to upgrade to one of their other services or pay as you go. I recently attended their free supervision experience week and it gave me the chance to learn, enhance my coaching practice and build my network further. These workshops are for you if you are a professional coach, or you use coaching skills in your career or business. Whether you are an experienced coach, a coach in training, or you integrate coaching techniques into your work, we are here to support you.
What's the time commitment?
We’ve designed the week to be impactful but respectful of your busy schedule. Here is the flow:
- Monday 11th – Wednesday 13th May – Three live 60-minute workshops from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM UK Time (recordings available).
- Thursday 14th May – Exclusive 90-minute Masterclass from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM UK Time (recording available).
- Friday 15th May – A networking session at 10:00 - 11:00 AM UK Time (this session will not be recorded).
Please join us for as much or as little as your week allows! Every session is a standalone opportunity to gain fresh insights, so even if you can only join in for one, we’d love to have you there.
