A simple, structured space for coaches who want to reflect, grow, and stay at their best.
You became a coach to make an impact — but who’s supporting you to show up as your best, most effective self?
Whether you're newly qualified or deeply experienced, supervision is the game-changer that elevates your practice, protects your clients, and builds your confidence.
At The Coaching Catalysts Supervision Collective, we offer high-quality, values-led group coaching supervision and development experiences for coaches who want to keep learning, connecting, and growing.
Coaching is powerful work.
And it can also be isolating.
You’re holding space for others.
Navigating complexity.
Making decisions in the moment.
But where do you go to reflect on your practice?
Where do you go to be supported as the coach?

At The Coaching Catalysts, we believe supervision is essential.
Not as an occasional check-in, but as a consistent part of your practice.
That’s why the Collective is built as a supervision-first space, designed to support you month to month in a way that feels simple, focused, and sustainable.
A monthly supervision space to reflect on your coaching
Time to think more deeply about your practice and decisions
Support from experienced, accredited coach supervisors
A consistent rhythm that supports your development over time
We operate in two cycles across the year:
- January to June
- July to December
This allows for consistency, depth, and meaningful development over time.
This space is for you if you are a qualified, trainee, or experienced coach, working as an internal or independent coach, and you want to take your coaching seriously.
You value reflection.
You want to keep growing.
And you don’t want to do this work alone.

One supervision space each month
Two different tiers to cater for your individual needs
At the core of the Collective is monthly group coaching supervision — small, intimate groups of up to six coaches, led by accredited supervisors. You’ll reflect on real coaching scenarios, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your alignment to professional standards. To maintain psychological safety and group trust, we ask for a minimum six-month commitment. You can continue with your group or switch after that block.

Being confident in your coaching decisions
Staying aligned with ethical practice
Continuing to grow, even as an experienced coach
Having space to think, not just deliver
Being supported as a coach and as a person
We open doors just twice a year. Don't miss your chance to join us.

The Collective is a supervision-first space for coaches. At its heart is high-quality, monthly group supervision. Depending on the tier you choose, it also includes a monthly learning and reflection space, a vault of curated business resources, and a supportive community. It is designed to be a consistent, calm anchor for your practice.
We welcome new coaches into the Collective twice a year to ensure our supervision groups remain consistent and supportive. We onboard in May/June for a July start, and November/December for a January start.
- Next intake: June/July 2026.
- Ready to join?
Can’t join this time?
If the timing isn't right, you can join our waitlist. You’ll be the first to know when the doors re-open so you can secure your spot before the public release.
What is the difference between the two tiers?
We’ve designed two ways to engage with the Collective, depending on what your practice needs right now:
Option 1: Core Supervision
This is a dedicated, "supervision-first" space. It is designed for coaches who want a high-quality, professional environment to focus solely on their reflective practice. It’s perfect if you already have a busy practice or other learning commitments and want a focused, non-cluttered space to ensure your coaching remains ethical, safe, and deep.
- The focus: Pure reflection and practice quality.
- Includes: Your monthly 90-minute group supervision in a consistent, intimate group, as well as access to our community space, and a quarterly Mastermind led by one of our co-founders.
Option 2: Supervision Plus+
This option provides a holistic "wrap-around" support system for your coaching life. It’s designed for coaches who want to actively build their business and sharpen their coaching skills alongside their supervision. It’s a space not just for reflection, but for active development and community connection.
- The focus: Reflection, Skill Development and Business Growth.
- Includes: Everything in Option 1, plus a monthly 90 minute Learning & Development session, full access to our curated Resource Vault (including our 12-month business mentoring programme), and priority access to our community events.
To get the most out of supervision, consistency and trust within your group are key. We work in 6-month cycles (January–June, and July–December) so you can build deep relationships with your peers and your supervisor.
If you choose to not continue with the service we kindly ask that you give at least one month’s notice before the 6th month of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at [email protected].
We believe in clear, simple pricing with no hidden surprises. As we work in 6-month cycles to ensure group consistency, there is a minimum 6-month commitment for both tiers.
Option 1: Core Supervision £90 + VAT per month
A focused space for high-quality reflection.
Option 2: Supervision Plus+ £150 + VAT per month
For those who want that extra layer of community, learning and growth. It includes everything in Option 1, plus:
- Monthly practical learning and development sessions tailored to your growth needs and designed to keep your skills sharp
- Full access to our online vault, including the 12-month business mentoring programme and resources
- Priority access to all our events and additional services
- Ongoing community and connection
Please note: Payments are collected monthly and there is a minimum 6-month commitment.
We are confident that you will find the Coaching Collective community to be a supportive and nurturing space of like-minded coaches committed to their personal and professional growth, where you can build relationships, share insights, and learn from others.
The maximum number of coaches in a group coaching supervision session is six, allowing for an intimate and focused discussion.
When do the sessions take place?
We keep things simple and consistent so you can plan your diary well in advance.
- Monthly Group Supervision: 90 minutes in a small, intimate group (maximum 6 coaches).
- Monthly Learning & Reflection Space: (For Membership tier) A dedicated 90 minute session to focus on your ongoing development.
You will receive a full schedule and calendar invites at the start of each cycle so you always know what’s coming up and can block out your diary.
We see supervision as a non-negotiable for professional coaches. It allows you to reflect on your work, receive feedback, and uncover blind spots that you may have missed on your own. It will help you become a better coach and improve your coaching effectiveness.
If you are actively coaching - even if you only have one client - supervision is essential for your ethics, your growth, and your well-being as a coach.
I’m an internal coach. Can I ask my employer to fund this?
Absolutely. Many of our members are funded by their organisations. We’ve even drafted a template letter you can send to your HR department or Line Manager outlining the professional benefits of supervision and ongoing development.
Should you need anything else, email us at [email protected].
Do you offer 1:1 supervision?
Yes. If you feel 1:1 support is a better fit for you right now, you can work with Sarah or Rebecca. The investment is £147 per month for 60-minute sessions (minimum 6 sessions). Please note that 1:1 supervision is a separate service and does not include access to the Collective.
